Here at Chronotrade we understand that circumstances don’t always work in your favour, so we offer the opportunity to return an item within our terms and conditions. The first step would be to notify us via telephone and email in regards to the nature of the return, should the return fall within the terms and conditions we will add a note to the account of a pending return. Firstly we recommend you do a check list of items that need to be returned as we would reject any packages that do not fulfil the original specification, this would include paperwork, boxes, tags, sleeves, instruction manuals and any other paraphernalia that was included. Once you have all applicable items they will need to be securely packaged and sent to us in the same condition that they arrived in your possession. We recommend you use royal mail special delivery as a preferred carrier choice, although check their terms and conditions as there are limits on what insurance is offered and Chronotrade accept no liability for incoming items.
Once we have delivery of the item we will do a full inspection and re-authenticate the watch before processing the payment. (See terms and conditions for full details)
Once we’ve authenticated the watch, your refund will be issued in line with our Terms and Conditions (please read full Terms and Conditions for more details).
