Making sure your watch is sent safely and securely is a key part of the Chronotrade service. We recommend you use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service to send your watch to us, as this is the most trusted service used within the trade and is commonly used to transit high value goods. Royal Mail Special Delivery offers a tracking service in transit and has a level of compensation built in should the worst happen.
Chronotrade send out authenticated watches to UK mainland addresses through Royal Mail Special Delivery and may use international carriers (Fedex or UPS, for example) for international deliveries.
Please note that all watches are sent by Special Delivery or Courier service. Chronotrade does not provide in-store collection of your watch for safety and security.

Our returns policy
For complete confidence when purchasing we offer 14 days to return a watch you are not completely satisfied with. We ask that the watch comes back in the same condition with all the accessories as purchased, retaining the unique Chronotrade seal intact.
